Unlike general grooming salons, we exclusively serve dogs under 22 lbs. This specialization allows us to create a gentler, quieter environment perfectly suited to small breeds' unique needs.
Our equipment, techniques, and even our grooming table height are designed specifically for tiny pups. Each appointment is one-on-one—no cages, no rushing, no overwhelming kennel atmosphere.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
Most appointments range from 1-3 hours depending on the service and your dog's coat condition. We never rush—each pup gets the time they need for a stress-free experience. You'll receive a call 15 minutes before pickup.
Severely matted coats require extra time and care. For your dog's comfort and safety, we may recommend a shorter cut to humanely remove mats. Additional fees apply for extensive dematting (starting at $15). Regular grooming every 6-8 weeks prevents matting.
For the safety of all our furry clients, we require current Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Please bring proof of vaccination to your first appointment or have your vet fax records to us.
We specialize in gentle handling for nervous or anxious dogs, but safety is our priority. We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog shows aggressive behavior that could harm our groomer or the pet. We're happy to recommend training resources.
